Faeser's understanding of freedom of expression collides with the Basic Law
Federal Minister of the Interior Nancy Faeser spoke at the federal press conference – together with BKA President Holger Münch – when presenting a survey on “Security and crime in Germany” on the fundamental right to freedom of expression in connection with “hate and hate speech” on the Internet.
When the interior minister declares, “we have freedom of expression that ends at the borders where others are affected, are violated”, that means objectifying the subjective. This is not only absurd, but extremely dangerous. If this legal opinion prevails, the way will be paved for arbitrariness against the basic right of freedom of expression and freedom of the press. That would be the victory of “woke” totalitarianism over freedom as defined in the Basic Law and as the SPD interior minister is obliged to safeguard as “constitutional minister”.
If next year, by 2024 at the latest, NGOs in particular can use the Digital Service Act to defame and denounce anyone who thinks differently under the keyword "Hate on the Net", freedom of expression in Germany will end faster than we can think. As the AfD parliamentary group, we continue to fight resolutely for freedom of expression, which is threatened by the establishment of politics, media and NGOs.
The alleged climate summit in Sharm El-Sheikh is far from being a climate summit. Further steps are to be discussed there in order to initiate the New World Order. Biden's climate special envoy John Kerry explains this in his speech at the summit.
Hard-but-fair moderator Frank Plasberg now also sees state radio critically and "overzealously" when it comes to topics such as "diversity". According to Plasberg, the long-term credibility of the system can only be ensured by including “uncomfortable topics” in the program. But the state radio is not in a position to do this. That's why we as AfD demand: Abolish the compulsory GEZ fee. Instantly!
In the capital, there are no longer any emergency shelters for real refugees from Ukraine or migrants, neither modular accommodation nor apartments: things are looking very bad for the foreseeable future. "But no one dares to openly name this truth," criticizes the B.Z.
Citizens and politicians are becoming increasingly alienated from each other. More than two-thirds of Germans are now dissatisfied with the work of the traffic light team, and more than 80 percent of citizens are worried about their future. “Hardly anyone believes that the parties can solve the problems anymore,” states TE.
In 2021, Germany paid 21.4 billion euros more net into the EU budget than it received. That is almost double France's contribution. The French are the second largest payer. There will be no “business as usual” with the AfD.
In October, we had the highest inflation rate in Germany for 71 years, at over 10 percent. We "owe" the failure of the traffic light to supply Germany with affordable energy and the complete failure of the ECB to the ideologues of the old parties. This leads to the impoverishment of many citizens. As the AfD, we demand from the old parties that this must finally come to an end.
